And the common rally cry is…culture? Business executives favoring “the vibe” over output? Well that sounds a little odd…

 

When you peel back the layers further, there are other factors at play. Not everyone has the same ability to work in a set physical location. And are we setting up an employee class system based on proximity and not accomplishments?
