– In a global organization, DEI initiatives should be tailored to fit within different cultural contexts.

– Creating a sense of belonging requires a leadership alignment around the shared value of inclusion.

When talent leaders and C-suite leadership share DEI values, belonging is a natural outflow of organizational culture.
