We’ve spent the last 10 years embedding the “recruitment funnel” into how we see all our recruiting challenges, and it’s time to admit that it is holding us back. It’s time we set up a system that produces more tomorrow than we could use today, to ensure that we can meet the business’s demand for talent. The way you do that is to expand your horizons and see beyond the limitations of the recruiting funnel. The goal of the recruiting funnel is to fill the top of the funnel, not caring where people come from that fill it.
