TOPICS DISCUSSED What were your takeaways from the HRtech conference this year…. What do you make of the recent news of Cornerstone on Demand receiving $300 million in new funding? Linkedin was also involved with… Your colleague Josh Bersin said something recently about applicant tracking systems that caught the eye of many recruiters i know….something like ‘the ATS is going away or dying’…wonder if you can comment on that…what does he mean and do you agree…? There has never been more HR technology than exists right now and the money is flowing into the space, are we in a bit of a bubble here? I still see a lot of employers using HR tech wrongly….they buy it thinking it’s going to be some sort of panacea but fail to implement and manage it properly…do you agree and what is your advice to those employers? Any predictions for the 2018? What are you expecting in the next year when it comes to HCM platforms…
