Newly minted iCIMS CEO Steve Lucas has had quite a whirlwind since heading-up the company in February.

Aside from a global pandemic, which led to a round of layoffs, the company has gotten snuggly with Microsoft and acquired hot startup and Death Match WINNER Opening.io.
