Transcript:

Chuck Solomon:  Hey Haley, how are you today?

Haley Sasser: I’m great. How are you?

Chuck Solomon: I’m doing well. I wanted to thank you for, this is your second time. You’re a two timer here on the Candidate Experience Podcast. We recorded back in November of 2021, so like a year and a half ago, and I will. Definitely put the notes or the link in the notes to this episode to your previous one, which I thought was great.

I think you had some great things to share. I especially like the fact that you, you talked about. What you could do for the candidate experience in a small, medium, and large. It’s like ordering off a menu, right? Yeah. Small, medium, or large. Mm-hmm. So I would encourage listeners to, to go back and listen to that.

Cause I think what you said then still applies to today. [00:01:00] But before we get, yeah, sure. Yeah. Before we get rolling, can you please introduce yourself to listeners?

Haley Sasser: Yes, so my name is Haley Sasser. I live in Tampa, Florida, and I have almost nine years of experience in the employer brand and recruitment marketing space.

And most recently, the past two years in internal communications and, you know, employee engagement. And so some of the things I’ve done and have. Really passionate about are, you know, e V P development careers, websites, and revamping those and really enabling talent acquisition teams with recruitment marketing content, and Email templates that align with, with the brand and with the voice of the company, and of course reputation management as well.
