Bonus: Millennials & Gen Z in the workplace

April 9th, 2019

Welcome to this bonus episode in which I’ll share some recent research on Millennials and Gen Z in the workplace.

This week I am talking with several great guests and just haven’t decided yet who I’ll air on Friday. I’ll make a decision by Thursday and post a Trailer then.

According to InsideOut Development, more than 75% of Gen Z employees believe they should be promoted in theirfirst year on the job, these findings from a recent survey of 1,000 individuals ages 18 to 23.

These findings are something for HR and Hiring Managers to think about so they can best manage the expectations of this newest generation to join their workforces.
