According to InsideOut Development, more than 75% of Gen Z employees believe they should be promoted in theirfirst year on the job, these findings from a recent survey of 1,000 individuals ages 18 to 23.
These findings are something for HR and Hiring Managers to think about so they can best manage the expectations of this newest generation to join their workforces.
