Glynn currently serves on the boards of Encore Leadership Advisors, Advisory Board for the Federation of State Medical Boards, on the Business Advisory Council of the College of Business at Kansas State University and the American Red Cross. He has achieved NACD Directorship Certification, the nation’s premier certification program for board directors, providing a tangible assessment of a director’s understanding of essential knowledge to lead in the boardroom. Glynn also has completed his Private Company and Governance certificate through the Private Directors Association(PDA).

As a C-level executive, Glynn’s diverse career includes key leadership roles as a Business Unit President for a multi-billion-dollar business as well as his expansive C-Suite roles for a Fortune 500 company, evidencing a versatility that adds significant value across functions.

After a successful college baseball career, he was drafted by the New York Yankees, where he played for a minor league affiliate. Glynn and his wife, Marketi, have two adult children and five grandchildren. When not spending time with them he enjoys sporting events, landscaping, and home improvement projects
