– Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and Candidate experience must remain a priority and technology should improve it, not detract from it.

With technology, the focus should always be on how it can give us leverage to improve our results. That usually starts with making things more efficient, but what everyone should be striving to deploy are those “big levers” that will have a lasting impact and truly change the game.
